Litonglian International Group has started with the strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and integrity in 2003, designing and manufacturing Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipes, with the annual production capacity of 250,000 tons. The Outside Diameter Range of pipes is from 21.3mm to 711.3mm and the Wall Thickness Range is from 2mm to 59.54mm.

With ACCU-Rolled seamless steel pipe production line, our main manufacturing process includes Taper Boring, ACCU-Rolling and Three-Roll Mini Tension Reducing process. The above process assures exactly sizing and also keeps high quality on internal and external surfaces.

Equipped with the online ultrasonic detection system, eddy current detection system and magnetic leakage detection system, we also brought in Temperature Control System from Germany, and imported online Ultrasonic Detection System from England with multi-detecting capacity, covering the whole wall thickness testing for the pipe.

Equipped with advanced manufacturing process, complete tests and inspection systems, our strict process control system can assure that stable and high quality pipes are produced in our workshop.

The pipes designed and manufactured by our company have received API 5L and API 5CT monogram certificates, ISO9001 Quality Assurance Certificate, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Safety and Health Administration Certificate, ISO14001 Environment Management Certificate, etc.
